A new and distinct cultivar ofHibiscusplant named ‘HJ-116’, characterized by its upright and somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; freely branching habit when pinched; relatively large leaves; large pale yellow-colored flowers with red-colored centers; and long flower longevity.
