A new and distinct cultivar ofHibiscusplant named ‘DUP-HDEF’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, semi-upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit, and very large flowers having a deep red eye zone, a silver lilac body and beige edges.
