A new and distinct cultivar ofHibiscusplant named ‘Bricutts’, characterized by its upright plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy growth habit; and numerous, large, semi-double and white-colored flowers with red purple-colored centers and basal venation and numerous stamenoid petaloids.
