A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named `Light Wind`, characterized by its very dark leaves; long leaf petioles; upright and compact, uniform and symmetrical plant habit; very freely branching; freely flowering with numerous light pink-colored flowers with white throat color; long peduncles; good resistance to flower bud abscission; and excellent postproduction longevity.
