ABSTRACT:
Heterocyclic homoprostanoidal derivatives are prepared. These compounds have valuable antiprostaglandin activity specifically inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and antagonizing diarrhea induced by prostaglandin E.sub.2 (PGE.sub.2).
