ABSTRACT:
Useful as catalysts for the reaction of a polyisocyanate or a partially blocked polyisocyanate with a hydroxy-containing compound are organotins of the formula ##STR1## where R is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl or an aryl group.
