ABSTRACT:
Long-chain polymeric polyimidazopyrrolones (also referred to as pyrrones) have macromolecular chains of the formula: ##STR1## where A is a tetravalent organic radical and n is a large whole number. The polymers have film-forming properties and can be used in the production of laminates or composite materials, for example, friction pads.
