ABSTRACT:
A pyrazole derivative represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represents a lower alkyl group, which has herbicidal activity, is disclosed. A process for preparing the pyrazole derivative of the formula (I) is also disclosed. A herbicide containing as an active ingredient the pyrazole derivative of the formula (I) is further disclosed as is a method for using the herbicide.
