A compound of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a phenyl group which may be substituted, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 respectively are a lower alkyl or lower alkoxy group, Z is CH or N and n is 0 or 1, or a salt thereof which is useful as a herbicide.
