ABSTRACT:
A herbicidal preparation comprising a compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is C.sub.1-3 alkyl or C.sub.2-3 alkenyl; R.sup.2 is oxygen or sulphur, R.sup.3 is halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower haloalkyl, lower alkoxy, nitro, amino, lower alkylamino, lower dialkylamino, lower alkylthio, lower alkylsulphoxide, lower alkylsulphone, cyano or thiocyano; and n is zero or an integer up to 4; provided that when n is greater than 2 a maximum of two R.sup.3 groups are selected from nitro, amino, lower alkylamino and lower dialkylamino, in combination with a compound of formula (II): ##STR2## wherein R.sup.4 is chlorine or bromine; R.sup.5 is oxygen or sulphur; R.sup.6 is straight or branched C.sub.1-18 alkyl or phenyl; and Y is sulphur or when R.sup.5 is sulphur, Y may be oxygen.
