Herbicidal combination having a synergistic effect as a result of the combination (a) of bromoxynil or one of its derivatives corresponding to the formula ##STR1## R=H, alkylcarbonyl or K, with (2-[[4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)aminocarbonyl]-aminosulphonyl]-N,N-dimeth yl-3-pyridinecarboxamide (II)
