ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a compound exhibiting herbicidal activity of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen, halogen or methyl, R.sup.2 is hydrogen, halogen or lower alkyl, R.sup.3 is lower alkyl which may be substituted by halogen or methylsulfonyl, benzyl or phenyl which may be substituted by halogen or nitro, R.sup.4 is hydrogen; lower alkyl which may be substituted by carboxy or lower alkoxycarbonyl; lower alkenyl; lower alkynyl; methylsulfonyl or benzyl which may be substituted by halogen, X is hydrogen, halogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 -alkyl, Y is C.sub.1 -C.sub.2 -alkyl, X may make --(CH.sub.2).sub.3 -- or --(CH.sub.2).sub.4 -- together with Y, W is halogen.
