ABSTRACT:
A heating unit heats a work piece6by heat conduction from a heat conducting plate4on which light from a light source1is irradiated, wherein the heat conducting plate4comprises a holding member2having optical transparency, and a heat conducting layer3which is provided on a surface of the holding member2, and absorbs light emitted from a light source1and is transmitted through the holding member2, so as to generate heat. The heating unit has the heat conducting plate4in which deformation does not occur, and temperature thereof changes rapidly.
