A slit-shaped heater holder54outside the heat-exchanger tube55can eliminate the use of adhesive in the heater assembly. A flat electrode53which is pressed on and in surface contact with the PTC heater53can improve the wear resistance of the heater contact, prevent the PTC heater breaking, and even assure the electrical connecting to the broken PTC heater.
