The two cups are stacked one inside the other with spacers between the cups. An electrical heating element is disposed circumferentially around the outside of the outer cup to provide the first temperature, and other elements in heat transfer relation with both of the cups providing the second temperature. Attractants such as pheremones, food scraps, or bait, along with water, may be provided at the bottom of the confined space.
