ABSTRACT:
A heat transfer sheet, including a substrate sheet and a dye carrying layer formed on one surface of the substrate sheet. A dye included in the dye carrying layer is represented by the formula (I) shown below: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or phenyl group which may have substituent, X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl or alkoxy group, --NHCOR or --NHSO.sub.2 R (R has ther same meaning as R.sub.1).
