In the inventive heat storage tank, the welded portion15between the inner tank11and the outer tank12is not encircled by the housing20but opens outward in the radial direction of the tank body port13, and a gap3is provided in the axial direction of the tank body port13between the welded portion15and a par of the housing20opposed to the welded portion15in the axial direction of the tank body port13. Also, there is an elastic member29between the periphery18of the pipe-inserting hole17in the flow-straightening member16and the flange26.
