ABSTRACT:
A semiconductor laser stack apparatus1comprises three semiconductor lasers2ato2c, two copper plates3aand3b, two lead plates4aand4b, a supply tube5,a discharge tube6,four insulating members7ato7d,and three heat sinks10ato10c.Here, the heat sink10ato10cis formed by a lower planar member12formed with a supply water path groove portion22,an intermediate planar member14formed with a plurality of water guiding holes38,and an upper planar member16formed with a discharge water path groove portion30which are successively stacked one upon another, whereas their contact surfaces are joined together. The heat sink10ato10cis provided with pillar pieces24for connecting the bottom face of supply water path groove portion22and the lower face of intermediate planar member14to each other, and pillar pieces32for connecting the bottom face of discharge water path groove portion30and the upper face of intermediate planar member14to each other.
