This invention is a healthful composition comprising a hot-water extract of the cultivated mycelia of Cordyceps sinensis.
The healthful composition of the invention is an oral healthful composition which is highly safe and has excellent cardiotonic, hypotensive, antitussive and anti-fatigue effects.
