ABSTRACT:
A continuously adjustable headrest mechanism10for a vehicle seat12and method of assembly thereof. The mechanism10includes in one aspect a pair of posts17that extends from vehicle seat12. A pad14is moveably attached to each post17. Positioned at least partially within the pad14is a locking subassembly16that has a disengaged and an engaged configuration that permits continuous adjustment of the pad14in relation to the post17.
