Disclosed is a handgrip1comprising a pair of grips20and20′ rotatably combined each other by means of a shaft10and capable of moving toward and away from each other; a spring member40having two combining ends40′ and40″ respectively combined to the grips20and20′, and restoring the grips20and20′ to move away from each other; and an adjustment part50adjusting a distance between the shaft10and at least one of the combining ends40′ and40″ of the spring member40. With this configuration, the present invention provides a handgrip1having an adjustable elasticity structure.
