ABSTRACT:
1. In a torpedo control system the combination comprising: a tuned transdr element for projecting compressional waves of a substantially fixed frequency and having an amplitude-modulated output signal; first means for receiving said amplitude-modulated output signal and having an output signal proportional to fluctuations of transducer impedance; and second means controlled by said first means for guiding the torpedo in a predetermined manner.
