ABSTRACT:
A combined weight assembly preferably in the form of a dumbbell with a grip exerciser device removably secured thereto such that the user can exercise appropriate muscle groups by lifting the weights associated with the dumbbell and, concurrently, exercise and strengthen his grip by manipulating the grip exerciser device removably attached to the dumbbell at the portion thereof where the user normally grips the dumbbell during exercising.
