ABSTRACT:
There is provided a green oxide phosphor for emitting a visible ray, having a general composition formula of Mg1−(x+y)Al2O4:Eux2+, My2+. In the green oxide phosphor, Eu+2is doped into a crystal of Mg1−(x+y)Al2O4as an activator; and Mn+2is added as a co-dopant.
