The concept of this invention features attaching a receptacle to the package of granular material and by the use of baffles to fill a reservoir when the package is first overturned, setting the reservoir in a pouring position when the package is raised, and then dispensing the predetermined amount of granular material when the package is again overturned and the lid opened. An adjustable baffle may be provided to permit for varied measure.
