Granular compositions comprising .di-elect cons.-phthalimido peroxyhexanoic acid (PAP), a N-oxide of a tertiary amine surfactant and an organic acid with PK.sub.a lower than 3.5 and soluble in water at most for 1% by weight at a temperature of 20.degree. C.
