ABSTRACT:
The present invention is a grafted seedling producing apparatus10capable of rotating seedlings W in an alignment direction even if they are those having large leaves and thereafter halting the rotation to align them, or the apparatus10having loading portions1, 2which are provided with a seedling carry-in mechanism11for sequentially transporting a tray7of a large number of arranged seedlings W, a grip hand12for individually gripping stems of seedlings on the seedling carry-in mechanism11,a cutter mechanism23for individually cutting the stems of seedlings gripped by the grip hand12,an alignment guide14for aligning seedlings to be transported by the grip hand12,a roller17for rotating the seedlings W to an alignment direction at the side of the seedling carry-in mechanism11from the alignment guide14,and a transport mechanism13for moving the grip hand12to the alignment guide side; a retaining mechanism15provided with to a main alignment member16which regulates a direction to which the seedling leaf of a seedling W gripped by the grip hand12at the loading portions1, 2faces to the alignment guide14and temporarily retaining the seedlings W transported from the grip hand12;and an attachment treatment portion5for attaching the seedlings W delivered from the retaining mechanism15.
