ABSTRACT:
A resin composition including (A) 50 to 99% by weight of polycarbonate and (B) 1 to 50% by weight of a graft-copolymer; the graft copolymer (B) prepared by graft-polymerizing a monomer mixture (2) containing mainly 40 to 100% by weight of a C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl acrylate onto a rubber polymer (1) prepared by copolymerizing 60 to 100% by weight of a C.sub.6 to C.sub.10 alkyl acrylate, and small amounts of a crosslinking compound and a graftlinking monomer. The resin composition is remarkably excellent in impact strength at low temperature as well as excellent in thermal stability and weatherability.
