ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a receiver module (1), more particularly a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver module for receiving PS signals and for determining position data therefrom, as well as a dual band antenna (2) for such a receiver module (1). The dual band antenna (2) has at least a first and a second resonant printed wire structure (11and12) which are a first junction point (10) to a first printed wire (24) on a printed circuit board (7). Additionally, at least a second and wire (25and29) are provided on the printed circuit board (7) as connections to the antenna. The invention further relates t circuit board (PCB) as well as a mobile telecommunications device having such a dual band antenna.
