A new and distinct cultivar ofGomphrenaplant named ‘Balboa’, characterized by its tall and upright plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; large grey green-colored leaves; and purple-colored flowers with a white lanulose-colored reverse giving a bi-color appearance to the flower.
