A golf bag device includes a supporter not connected to the shoulder pad in order that the supporter not only can securely stand the bag portion in a first stored position and a second use position but also enables the bag device not to have too relatively large a bulk. The bag device also includes a top collar being stepped in height in order that to get/put the club from/in the bag portion is facilitated.
