A new and distinct cultivar of RegalGeraniumplant named ‘Regsur’, characterized by its upright and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely basal branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large dark red-colored flowers; and no requirement for cooling treatment for flower development.
