ABSTRACT:
There is disclosed an improved woven geotextile for use immediately under a pavement overlay. It comprises a high bulk entangled yarn interwoven with tape. It has a shrinkage force of less than 100 gm/inch at 300.degree. F. at constant length in both warp and weft directions, most preferably less than 5 gm/inch.
