ABSTRACT:
Water supplied from a bottle1is pre-chilled in a reservoir3.A two-part water pump11transfers water under pressure through a jet nozzle14into an oxygen space17in a PET pressure vessel12,which entrains oxygen into the water. The pressure vessel is received in a conductive holder18and is cooled by a peltier element19provided with cooling fins20.The holder18forms a capacitive level sensor with a probe32inside the vessel, which starts the pump11when oxygenated water is drawn off via a draw tube28and discharge valve31.When the water level in the oxygenating vessel is restored a solenoid valve25opens to restore the oxygen pressure in the vessel. For hygiene purposes the pumping body can be removed from the pump motor and replaced together with the reservoir3and oxygenating vessel12along with the associated tubing.
