ABSTRACT:
A carburetor detergent comprises a compound formula R -- O --R.sup.1 -- N.R.sup.2.R.sup.3 where R is a hydrocarbyl group containing at least 20 carbon atoms, R.sup.1 is a hydrocarbyl or amino substituted hydrocarbyl grup and R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are hydrogen or an alkyl group.
