To deteriorate outward appearance and cleaning easiness of a connected portion between the front cover3and the case main body2, and to stably secure waterproof of the connected portion for a long term, a protection plate covering a range extending along an upper edge of a front end opening of the case main body2of the packing material17is possessed to the front cover3or the case main body2.
