ABSTRACT:
A latch circuit fetches a setting state of a fuse element. A latch clock generation circuit generates a latch clock based on a cyclic signal (frame signal, for example). The latch circuit cyclically fetches the setting state of the fuse element based on the latch clock. An analog value is adjusted based on the setting state of the fuse element latched by the latch circuit.
