ABSTRACT:
A fuse arrangement includes a fuse element having a serpentine shape disposed resilient and incombustible or fire-resistant insulating plates and external connection terminals formed at the fuse arrangement. A capacitor has a safety fuse with a fuse element formed between two insulating plates affixed to one end surface of a chip piece of the capacitor so that one end of the safety fuse element is electrically connected to one electrode of the capacitor, and a connection terminal electrode film is formed on the outer surface of the safety fuse body connected to the other end of the safety fuse element.
