ABSTRACT:
Certain species of fungi are controlled by ethene derivatives of the formula: ##STR1## wherein one of Ar.sup.1 and Ar.sup.2 is one of certain N-heterocyclic moieties and the other is halogen-substituted phenyl, R.sup.1 is hydrogen or alkyl and R.sup.2 is --CN or --C(O)XR, wherein X is oxygen or sulfur and R.sup.1 has a defined meaning.
