A woman's garment effectively restrains uncontrolled movement of one or both breast implants, natural breasts, or breast prostheses, without any external readily visible means of support by pulling taut a pair of drawstrings that effectively draws one or both pockets for receiving the implants, natural breasts, or prostheses tightly against the wearer's chest.
