ABSTRACT:
A vapor flow control apparatus which delivers fuel vapor from a vapor storate canister to an air intake chamber of an engine comprises a vapor flow control valve for increasingly delivering fuel vapor from the vapor storage canister into the air intake chamber according to an increase of intake air conducted into the air intake chamber, an acceleration detector for detecting an acceleration of the engine based on an increasing change of intake air conducted in the air intake pipe, and a control unit for controlling the vapor flow control valve to effect the increasing delivery of fuel vapor. The delivery of fuel vapor occurs lagging behind the increase of intake air when an acceleration of the engine is accelerated.
