ABSTRACT:
A fuel injector arrangement comprising a nozzle provided with a first bore within which a valve needle is slidable, the needle being engageable with a seating to control the flow of fuel from a delivery chamber to an outlet opening. The arrangement includes a surface associated with the needle which is exposed to the fuel pressure within a control chamber, and a fuel pressure actuable control valve controlling the supply of fuel to the delivery chamber.
