A patent application entitled, “Improved Pillow-Shaped Stackable Charcoal Briquets,” dated Jun. 6, 1991, including 11 pages of text and 2 sheets of drawings.
Markings for bag configured to contain briquets including 3 pages of drawings and text.
Sahut-Conreur brochure was published at least as early as May 2000. Pages 2, 3 and 7 and the front cover show pictures of a grooved briquet. The briquet is brown on the front cover and on p. 2. The briquet is black on p. 3 and 7. Page 6 identifies that charcoal is a field of application of the briquetting equipment. The declaration of Don Swatling submitted herewith indicates that this brochure was acquired in New Brunswick, New Jersey, at a course titled “Briquetting, Pelletizing, Extrusion and Fluid Bed/Spray Granulation” attended at the Center for Professional Advancement on May 1-4, 2000.
