A front bumper has a grill1in which a plurality of opening sections30are arranged in an aligned pattern. Further, wall sections50are fanned in the respective opening sections so that each wall section stands upright on a lower section47of each of frame sections31defining the opening sections30of the grill21and so that an upper edge section48conforms to an upper section49of the frame section31. The line of sight of the person viewing a vehicle from an upwardly oblique position is interrupted as a result of the wall sections50overlapping the upper sections49of the frame sections31.
