ABSTRACT:
A friction sound-preventing surface-treating agent is composed of an acryl-vinyl chloride based paint resin, and 2-60 wt % of spherical and/or non-spherical polyurethane particles having an average particle diameter of 1-50 .mu.m as a solid component relative to said acryl-vinyl chloride based paint resin.
