ABSTRACT:
A one-time-use form for concrete footings comprises a hollow plastic molding with a step-tapered upper portion, sections of which are removable to receive different sizes or shapes of one-time-use pier forms. Use of the two forms in concert permits substantial economy in foundation work because only one excavation, backfill and concrete pouring is required to construct both footings and piers.
