A Food Cup made from cardboard from which the food such as sunflower and pumpkin seeds, pop-corn, chips, Cheerios, French-fried potatoes, stewed rice, etc., is taken out through a mouth that opens in the lower part of the container and the food waste is placed into a waste cup which is placed on the food and which goes down synchronous to diminution of food.
