The leg base frames are pivotally interconnected for folding the stool to a folded configuration thereof. A plurality of leg extensions are provided and each is length-adjustably telescopically received in a respective leg member and is selectively secured in fixed relationship therewith by a respective locking pin. A flexible seat extends transversely between the crosspieces and includes passages at ends thereof for receiving the leg base frame crosspieces.
