ABSTRACT:
A focusing voltage adjusting circuit has a high voltage transformer, to produce and adjust a focusing voltage. The circuit includes a series circuit of a first and a second resistor, connected to a secondary coil of the transformer. Further included in the adjusting circuit is a voltage applying circuit which applies a low d.c. voltage to a terminal of the second resister. The terminal is opposite to another terminal of the second resistor connected to the first resistor. The adjusting circuit varies the d.c. voltage to adjust a focusing voltage appearing at the connection point of the first and second resistors.
