ABSTRACT:
A foam dispensing device is provided which can prevent water from entering without disturbing an introduction of outer air. The foam dispensing device includes a base cap with a hollow neck portion mounted on a mouth portion of a container; a pump suspended from a lower face of the base cap having two discharge channels for suctioning, pressurizing and discharging a content in the container and the outer air individually; and a pressing head with a nozzle for actuating the pump. The pressing head includes a cover that surrounds the hollow neck portion and that is opened at its lower side. A seal member for closing a gap the cover and the hollow neck portion in the initial position of the pressing head is provided on at least one of a lowermost end of the cover and an uppermost end of the hollow neck portion.
